What does it cost?
The core — logbook, trips, budget, report, fuel, stays, roads and services — is free forever, no card required. Pro adds report export, receipts, recurring payments, maintenance, several motorhomes and access for AI agents; the current price is shown in the app when you subscribe.
What is in Pro?
Report export, receipts attached to expenses, recurring payments, a maintenance log, several motorhomes and access for AI agents. Everything else is free, with no time limit.
On the road
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Expenses can be logged offline; they queue up and reach the server once you are back online. The app installs like any other, with builds for iPhone, iPad and Android — phones and tablets alike.
Is there a phone app?
Yes: iPhone, iPad and Android, plus the web version. Entries sync across devices, and anything logged offline is sent once you are back online.
Money and currencies
What about expenses in different currencies?
Log them in the currency you actually paid in. RoadSpend converts each expense to the trip's home currency at the rate for the date of that expense, not the day you open the report, so the totals add up.

Can two of us keep one logbook?
Yes. Invite your crew by email — the log and report become shared, and the report shows who paid for what.
Do I need an actual motorhome?
No. The sections are built around life on the road — fuel, stays, water and electricity — but the logbook works just as well for a campervan, a van, a caravan or a regular car with a tent.
Data and AI
What happens to my data?
The logbook is private: entries are visible only to you and the members of your trip. We do not sell data and we do not show ads.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. Account settings include a full export of your logbook in one file: trips, expenses, vehicles, crew and odometer readings. Account deletion is available too, and it removes your entries along with receipts.
