The service
RoadSpend is a private travel logbook for motorhome trips. The core features (expenses, trips, basic modules) are free. RoadSpend Pro is an optional paid subscription with extra features (report export, multiple vehicles, maintenance log, unlimited receipt archive).
Your account
You need an account (email and password, or Google / Apple sign-in) to use the app. You are responsible for the content you upload and for keeping your credentials safe. You may invite crew members to your trip by email; they get access to that trip's expenses.
Subscriptions
Pro is billed yearly (with a 7-day free trial) or monthly (no trial) via Stripe on the web. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime; access lasts until the end of the paid period. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play (when available) are managed in the respective store.
Fair use and disclaimers
The service is provided «as is». Figures shown (fuel consumption, currency conversion) are informational and not financial or legal advice. We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be announced in the app.
